The following terms and conditions apply:
Shipping costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Orders within Italy:
Orders within Italy are shipped with private Courier for € 8.00 (with tracking)
We offer free shipping within Italy for all order of 100 Euro or more value of goods.
Orders in the EU are shipped with Italian Post (as registered mail):
– up to 250g = € 11.80
– over 200g up to 350g = € 13.20
– over 350g up to 1000g = € 17.95
All orders over 1000g please contact us for a quotation
Orders to non-EU countries are shipped with registered mail. We are shipping to the folllowing countries at the moment (if you cannot find your country in the list, please contact us via e-mail):

Prices are as follows:
– up to 200g = € 15,30
– up to 350g = € 17,30
– over 350g up to 1000g = €24,95
Please note: Multi-day order are not combined. All international customers are responsible for their country’s customs fees and duties. Lanivendole is not responsible for these fees. Lanivendole is not responsible for any package lost or stolen, or confirmed as delivered once they have been shipped. We cannot replace or issue a refund for packages lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered once the package has left our workshop.
Unless no other delivery times are stated in the item descriptions, the delivery within Italy takes 3 – 7 days, to countries of the EU 3 – 8 days and 5 – 15 days to non-EU countries after order confirmation. Please note that there is no shipping and no deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
Have you ordered products with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one parcel, unless any other agreement is made. The delivery time is determined in this case according to the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
Preorder and Custom Colours
From time to time we will open our shop for preorders on colourways. We will let you now of our preorders via social networks and you will also receive a heads-up if you are subscribed to our newsletter. Preordered yarns will ship a few days later than our ‘in stock’ yarns
We are open to working with both designers and LYS on custom colours. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will come up with some gorgeous colour options.

Returns and Exchanges
Unused yarn in its original condition (including packaging) may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of the date printed on the invoice which is enclosed in your package. Refunds will be issued for the full invoice amount minus any shipping costs incurred. Shipping costs can be refunded if your items were damaged or was improperly shipped.
For exchanges, we are happy to exchange unused yarns for alternate colours but shipping costs will be applied.

The return address has been stamped on your envelope already, but should you misplace your original envelope please contact us.
